He shut down the gun violence policy whatever department it was and got rid of several of Biden's EOs about the ATF having enhanced background checks among other things.

That tweet is just wrong, but she knows nobody is going to go and do any investigation into her claims that all of the cases but one were dismissed on procedural grounds.
She mentions 60.
There were 64.
She can't even get the number of court cases correct.
So folks keep repeating this crap about all of the cases being dismissed on standing or some other ground without evidence. Even the President has made this claim. 30 of the cases heard evidence with hearings on the merits, not on procedural grounds. All but one were dismissed either after those hearings or, in one case, during the hearing.
30 hearings on the merits
14 dismissed by the plaintiffs (the ones claiming election fraud)
20 were dismissed on procedural grounds before hearing evidence (not 59, lol)
1 case was successful up in Pennsylvania
I know everybody wants to believe what Insurrection Barbie is claiming, but it is not even remotely true.
