That's pretty much what "We'll look into it, and get back to you" means. It's just a little more polite way of phrasing it.
True... Remember the "click your mouse, loose your house" campaign against online gambling?
Not me. Drove a crappy convertible with a shitty radio all those years.
It was never locked and the only time the top went up was when it was raining or parked outside overnight.
