Well....How many times have you witnessed a politician doing this? I've seen Obama do this MANY times. They come on stage for a press conference, a speech, whatever the heck is televised on camera, and they do this:

Obama may have the same outcome. But, most likely not. It will all be for show and tell if anything ever happens. Again, it's all a cloak presented to distract you.
How noble of society to think that justice will actually be served to those corrupt politicians. The part that is odd, if this was for some clandestine or covert use, why have it stamped "WCC"? Perhaps that is why it ended up re-imported in the first place. Operation Gladio was two years old at the time it was made which would certainly be in a country that would use that cartridge.
