Has anyone ever needed Bushnell warranty support? I have an LRHSi that the mag ring won't spin. I called Bushnell and they advised a return label would be waiting in my e-mail. No dice. Going through the warranty links on the website generates another warranty e-mail with a link to somewhere else. More to follow. Any Bushnell reps on here?

I submitted a ticket via email and got no response. But when I called them it was handled very quickly.

PM your contact info. It's Sunday so nobody will get back to you until tomorrow. I'll get the Email going for tomorrow morning though.
 
I had an issue getting a proper email response from PSA when I used my phone.
As soon as I used the wife's computer, it was seamless.

Don't know if you're using a phone or a computer, but it's something to keep in mind.

To finally close out this thread, Bushnell hit it out of the park. Turnaround was around quick. Everything Bushnell had influence over was spot on, and the scope is as good as new.

Lots of great scopes out there and some great warranties, but I've got four from Bushnell and am strongly considering replacing my PMII with a DMRIII, based on this experience.

A year since the last post in this thread. and I'm getting no response beyond an automated answering service guiding me to menus stating that due to heavy call volume I cannot be placed in a queue or due to technical difficulties I should call back in an hour. Here's that number 800-423-3537 from this page as well as others https://www.bushnell.com/bu-warranty.html. As for their warranty form online, I filled one out around 10 days and received no response. Here's where I found the contact form https://www.bushnell.com/bushnell-footer-assets/bu-contact-us.html. I have no idea what's going on, but if you're buying Bushnell products please keep the warranty and support aspects in perspective and what current Bushnell owners in need of support have experienced or are experiencing.

Six months later I was finally able to get in touch with someone and received a replacement part under warranty.
 
I had better luck...but barely. I had an original Bushnell SMRS 1-8.5x FFP that the reticle slipped on. Started to rotate freely. Sent it in for warranty work, and without any communication at all...I received an SMRS 1-6 2FP. I was PISSED. Basically they didn't want to fix it, and figured they would send me the next best thing. MSRP value was less than half. Optic wasn't even close to the same. FFP vs 2FP, 30mm vs 34mm. Yada Yada Yada.

Made a post about it here somewhere, and I think Vortex actually offered to fix it for me. Which is AMAZING by the way.
But Bushnell ended up "finding" a new one on the shelf that a retailer hadn't sold that they were able to replace mine with.
I was less than impressed but at least I have my optic back. I don't know if it took 6 months, but it was definitely not ideal.

I still have an original XRS 4.5-30 and I'm worried if I ever need warranty work, I'll get screwed and stuck with a Gen 2 or Gen 3...and that's NOT something I'd be willing to accept on trade.
