Early AX with old AW markings? Or later upgrade? Very cool. I think early demo AXs had AW marked actions for sure.

Beautiful gun but hurts to see that

Not only did the lords chassis system get removed but it went from an alpha top $ AW setup to pre AX that sit in the PX here for $3500
Function wise it’s an upgrade but it still hurts on the inside
Fair point. What’s it cost or availability of a AW chassis? If it’s not sitting in the closet that isi would disagree with the last part.
that gun isn't original but can easily taken back to it. ill give $4k for it right this minute as it sits. probably even go $5k
There are a few debonded AW chassis floating around. Never seen a debonded pre-14 AX chassis but do know of a guy who got a new AX chassis fitted onto his AW at the factory. I have/had 2 AW chassis and seen plenty of other debonded ones - about $1000-1500 will get you one in the UK.Fair point. What’s it cost or availability of a AW chassis? Ah very nice!I hope it calms everyone's nerves to know that this is not a butchered AW. It's a prototype AX, built on an AW receiver.
Yes, I do have a few...

I need to get a SIMRAD. It may be a bit old, but the aesthetics are unmatched.
