I have questions.
i need to get a picture of my 3. i have one with 3 different import marks: Mingus, TX; Cookeville, TN; Fred, VA.
Early AX with old AW markings? Or later upgrade? Very cool. I think early demo AXs had AW marked actions for sure.

Not only did the lords chassis system get removed but it went from an alpha top $ AW setup to pre AX that sit in the PX here for $3500

that gun isn't original but can easily taken back to it. ill give $4k for it right this minute as it sits. probably even go $5k

There are a few debonded AW chassis floating around. Never seen a debonded pre-14 AX chassis but do know of a guy who got a new AX chassis fitted onto his AW at the factory. I have/had 2 AW chassis and seen plenty of other debonded ones - about $1000-1500 will get you one in the UK.
I hope it calms everyone's nerves to know that this is not a butchered AW. It's a prototype AX, built on an AW receiver.

Upon closer inspection, the forend is not the same as the production ones. The keyslots are the other way for a start.
Otherwise mechanically the same as a production pre-2014 AX.
I'm surprised it doesn't have any import marks. Is this normal for prototype/demo AIs in the States?

Been swamped with work, just finished with the books for last year! Should have a little more free time, I'll break them out of the safe and take some new pics for posting..

I need to get a SIMRAD. It may be a bit old, but the aesthetics are unmatched.
If that’s a SIMRAD KN203, it’s over 4lbs! Oooooffff says the scope tube. On most mounts except the ARC Mbrace, anyway.

Not sure what you are talking about, but if you rotate it forward or clockwise it adjust to the right. But I have seen it on other S&B to where the windage turrets are confusing as hell.
Got my hands on 2 sets of IMUNS. Ordered the Harris bipod used in the UK Military and added the old stock. She is now slowly transferring into an absolute hammer.
More pics when the IMUNS and the Harris arrive.
Sidenote, i will almost never shoot her without the supressor. Absolutely phenomenal.

Please post some photos of its suppressor mounted! We don't get the AI muzzle brake compatible suppessors here in the US. Im hoping someone will make one eventually although I dont think there's a big market for that specific suppressor here.Got my hands on 2 sets of IMUNS.
