Well, I was 3 when I got my first course by my grandfather shooting a BB gun (Crossman 760). But in all seriousness we had a hunter safety class in Jr. High (not mandatory), but sponsored if I recall correctly by a teacher who was an former Green Beret out of 'Nam. That guy was a bit intense.
oh, and Sara H. Sanders is turning out so far to be a much better Gov than her old man. However, she needs to get the I-40 rest stop by the White River fixed!!!!!!! Yes, I know the reason it's closed....idiots hooked the sewer pipe into the fresh water pipe and that water district won't allow the state to hook back up (can't say I blame them). And...some of the roads need serious attention. Overall though, she's doing well.
There was another rest stop E of Morrilton that got shut down after a woman got killed there. It was clean , never saw anything sketchy there , but it’s no more.
I-40 gets especially shitty after LR heading to Memphis….

Anytime I go through MEM, and get through without a hitch, I consider myself lucky. The funny thing is the White River rest area was completely rebuilt when the put the new bridge in (and of course they didn't prepare for future and 3 lane it...or I don't think there is room for 3). But it was up for about 2 months....then closed due to the water/sewer fiasco.
