Maverick, Magnus RR or HuxWrx Flow 762 for PRS

If you are running an AR I would recommend the Huxwrx Flow. I have both the 762 Flow Ti and 556 Flow Ti. If a bolt gun look at the magnus or something along those lines. The flow through cans are great for gas mitigation on a semi but are not the quietest especially on a bolt gun.

My 6.5cm bolt gun has a SiCo break. I've shot it with the omega 300 and the flow 762 (just screwed the hub from the omega onto the hux) both group well. I can't realy hear which is quieter. (tinnitus) I ran the hux in a recent PRS and it was quiet enough that the shot timer had trouble registering shots. If the question was for a gas gun, then the hix or another flow through can 100%

Abel co is coming out with a brake for the end of their theorem cans. Would add that to your short list

I shot my first season of local PRS style matches going back and forth between an older OSS Flow 762 Ti and a larger diameter traditional baffle HUB compatible can that I used with an ECCO machine TBAC CB adapter to use that family of muzzle devices.

The OSS Flow 762 Ti is considerably louder - even with ears on, it's not close. Additionally, mine is getting up there in years and rounds, and the little passages seem to like to get all fouled up, and when enough of them get plugged, the can has a bark to it. Not at all a happy sound to come out of a can. It now serves backup duty, and gets ultrasonic cleaned after every range session. I have it back to sounding "just ok".

For your stated application, I would select the Area 419 or the TBAC without hesitation based on what's in stock from your vendor of choice, you'll love either of those cans for PRS style shooting. There's some nuance and some differences between the brake design of each, but either will work great on a heavy rifle.

Another modular style can to look at is Rugged Supressors. I have a Radiant and want to get the new Surge X.
