not everyone on the water is a good guy. many are felons. just gotta know the ropes. if he is as big an AH as this shows,he won't be making $ long. word of mouth is a BFD in that world.

🤣🤣🤣🤣

Fella going to end up in an oyster bed or a dumpster with craziness like that. Rolling up on a rig and jumping in without permission in a threatening manner is a poor way to stay whole. The water is not a place for shanigans and the man has obviously got some problems. Not a soul I see except a straight dingbatter doesn't give a courtesy idle through a bridge egress.

You know every guy on his boat knows he is in the wrong because they are just sitting there and not saying shit.

"oh fuck whats this jack ass getting us into this time"....

The dude sitting there looks like hes on his phone trying to act cool...

So his shitbag attorney says he is a certified hero.

Attorney almost makes me feel sorry for the guy...
He good. Probably get Horner off with a slap on the wrist.
With a name like that, hell he might even sue the kid for unsafe equipment, cause Horner pulled his tiny groin muscle when he jumped in the boat.

Having respect for combat service, has nothing to do with tripping on a kid over literally nothing. Kids not even the one who cussed at him.

Is there an army ranger Don Shipley?
I bet Shipley could catch him in a lie, even though he wasn't Navy.

'Do you happen to know the number of your BUDS class?'

How can you be 100% disabled and pass a USCG physical to have a Merchant Mariner Credential?
If he has one, he probably wont for long!

I feel bad for the kid. He should have throttle dropped him and let him swim back to his buddies.

I've seen a lot of hot headed Captains and Pilots (often due to low sleep, long hours, financial stress, a sprinkling of substance abuse and being born an asshole) but despite their arrogant misguided rage, they were never quite stupid enough to throw a punch or set foot on another's vessel.

The only way that guy should be allowed to continue fishing is if he becomes the best F'n fish bait in the ocean!

I would like to take this opportunity, to formally appologize to @Dead Eye Dick .
I made a scurrilous remark a while back about sailboaters being bicyclists of the boating world.
I was wrong...oh so wrong.
My humblest, and most sincere appologies.

At the very least, a sailboat captain would have at least asked permission to come aboard and saluted the flag, before chasing the kid around the cockpit.
