Well come on man she has to serve 3 months house arrest in halibut cove or her house in Hawaii. I mean that's tough. Seems she got her panties in a wad because the beaver(heh) was violating some home brewed local community rules about no one in the channel when the ferry was operating and seaplane dude had blown them off a few times. Yeah she acted like an entitled asshole and even the community said wtf but she did not hit the plane so 9.5k and losing her license and 3 months confinement for a bitter old twat seems ok.
She didn't hit the plane with her boat but she intentionally created a wake around it causing the plane to incur multiple prop strikes with the water which could have been catastrophic once it was airborn, especially since it was carrying passengers.
She's a spoiled, old Beth Dutton with knarly manhands.

Lot of injuries happen in a “combat” zone with no connection to real combat. Fair chance he was in a vehicle rollover or other similar accident due to some sort of negligence

My experience with the local bass fishermen on our lake is not quite the same. We had a two major tournaments on our lake a in 2022 and 2023. You know, the kind that makes national television. The TRUE PROFESSIONALS. Can’t say enough about their courtesy or professionalism.
So, getting to the subject at hand, we have three types of men who fish for bass.
1. The fellows who show up maybe on the weekends or evenings and like to catch a fish or so
2. The pro wantabees who fish local tournaments and have somehow come to believe that GOD has died and left them in charge, especially when it comes to waterways. Like, the rest of the world get out of my way because I’m GOD and you're shit.
3. The Men mentioned above who make their living fishing professional tournaments.
1 & 3 are fine men, gentleman to the core. If they can help you in any way, they will. They know where their bread is buttered so to speak. Also, if they think they might have caused you any concern (even when they haven’t) they are the first to apologize and make amends (or forgive)
2. These are the assholes of the earth, they threaten, they make false claims and generally go ballistic at the least possible infringement of their GOD given rights over all the land and all the lakes.
Final point about the Professionals. You know it has to bother them when they are hounded by spectators everytime they wet a hook also knowing this is their way to make a living. Yet, my experience is that they are exceptionally tolerant.
And, if the fellow mentioned at the first of this thread, had jumped onto GETAWAY and threatened me, my wife Brenda or our son, I’d a shot him. (And let the Bull Sharks consume the evidence) Don’t fuck with no Louisiana man.
