Actually, I work with 4 women on a regular basis who do extremely good systems and software stuff. Very easy to communicate with, know there shit, and have NO agenda. All under age 35 -40 I'd venture. Now, the 25-35 year old men...PAIN IN THE ASS. Reinvent the wheel because it's not their wheel, etc, etc. They'd rather do that than learn how to turn the existing one - costing time, money, and blowing schedules all while they think their shit doesn't stink.Holy shit... My team would have all these 4 women and almost none of the men - I'm actually trying to recruit one to be on my current work. Things have totally flip-flopped from how it worked 15-20 years ago.
