KRG Whiskey 3 Chassis-Let's See Them

i have the W3 gen 7 folder on the way, im stoked. The chassis is going to replace the HMR stock/bottom metal on my HMR pro 6.5, the rifle is already very accurate so i doubt the W3 will make it shoot better but the ergos and looks should be 10/10.

the W3 is amazing i have zero complaints, and cannot wait to get out to the range and get everything zeroed.

Put an absolute spanking on my target today using my Aero Solus / krg whiskey 3 / DNT TheOne setup.

Of course, next week she is getting a bartlien pre fit and an element theos - so the whole setup is about to change again when I'm finally feeling dialed in here.

I'm very interested to see how the new barrel performs against the stock aero barrel.

Sometimes I wish I held out for a C4 chassis but I really can't complain. This Whiskey turned a mostly accurate gun into a sub moa gun. It's comfortable, feels excellent in the hand, and I'm stoked to see how far I can push this build.

I recently threw a Tikka CTR into W3, torqued to 65"lbs, shot maybe 160 rounds, went to change the trigger spring and the front action bolt was totally loose. Never had this happen before, maybe a tiny drop of blue loctite?

Perhaps you didn’t fully seat the weird tikka recoil lug? I know I occasionally wrestle with the thing to pop in.

Stainless CTR in 6.5 creedmoor. Loving the CTR mags, seem superior to AICS in a few ways.

2 5 round groups with cheap Hornady 140 bthps and hornady brass.
