For those that don't know Philly - Upper Darby was considered an OK working class place to live - not like the Fentanyl walking dead Kensington. I used to go to the Tower Theater there regularly on weekends with friends, saw great concerts like Asia an not-so-great like the Divinyls. And SEPTA is how much of suburban Philly commutes - myself included at late hours from the lab to home...this should and will hurt SEPTA.

Its our government and legal system that prevents people from stepping in. Who hasn't thought about being in the right spot at the right time to prevent this act from happening.
