At 56 I am in shape and right around 15% BF at 203#. Things I have come to prioritize: a diet that is primarily protein, daily intermittent and occasional 72 hour fasting (3 - 6 times a year) / stretching & a lacrosse ball in the hot tub / sleep / sets of 8 - 10 x 6 for lifts / running 15 - 20...- Detroit_1

IMHO (many / most) people have a miss-understanding of all of this.....it isn't that there is going to be market crash per se (the market can be manipulated endlessly) - it is that the Dollar was replaced by Federal Reserve Notes. Cheapest way toward a decent AR
If you are looking for a 16”" CL M4 style blaster the cheapest route forward is to watch the EE section of AR15 and M4 dot com. Lots and lots of pieces parts, uppers, full guns for sale and trade. Stripped lowers are dirt cheap.- Detroit_1

Alexander66 - thank you for the response. Again out of curiosity - did you install the McFarland ring or the JP Enhanced One Piece ring? I have read that the JP ring’s external dimension is slightly smaller than the McFarland - this is why I ask. TIA- Detroit_1
