    Anybody have any luck with the RDF's in this rifle? I have around 400 or so left over that my AR didn't like. I just pick up a RPR in 223 and it has impressed me so far. I got some 55 gr handloads left over from an AR I don't even have any more and it put 5 rounds into .330 group and 10 rounds...

    I've had mine for over 12 years with close to 7000 rounds through it, still shoots is the high .2's regularly. The action is smoother than the one on my custom build partly due to the high round count I'm sure. Hands down my favorite precision rifle. You won't regret having one.

    Looking at it I think your exactly right, the notch on the cocking piece looks like it needs to be shallower. Can this be built up or does it have to be replaced?

    On my old barrel I went up to 41.0 with H4350 without any pressure issues but havnt tried it in my new barrel cause the varget load shoots so good. If you run low on H4350 or have problems finding it give varget a try. 37.5 gr shoots lights out with my rifle with single digit SD's

    .030 worked best for me, most people report the RDF's aren't jump sensitive but when I tested them in my rifle I found that while them all shot good .030 shot best. Are you getting consistent seating depth with 40.9 gr of H4350?
