What is the best why to make Ackley brass for a 223

I am making a 223 with an AI chamber and wanted to know if I need to buy the AI dies and reform the brass to the die or take regular 223 brass and just fire it in the gun? I think I would need the dies anyway to make sure the brass will fit in the chamber after firing. Would I be right here?

Best For Concentricity.......Turning or Reaming Necks??

You have a lot of great points in your answer pjparker. Thanks Here is what I have got out of it. 1. Concentric means – having a common center point. I think this means that any two points from a center point is concentric. An oval has this and a circle. 2. Pjparker – “Wilson Trimmers are the...

Best For Concentricity.......Turning or Reaming Necks??

ZiaHunter, One question for you. If you could rim the inside of the brass and make it the same thickness as trimming. Would that in turn be the same results to make the brass nick the same thickness? On that note I have not seen or read the real reason why one would do one over the other if the...
