    Dope card on rifle questions

If you’re gonna run one card, do it for the DA that prevails.

    Dope card on rifle questions

Tactical luggage tag, with data cards for DA’s from -2000 to 15000 folded up inside. JBM online, matched to real dope and shrunk to print the size I want with MS Word. Flip side has the further ranges out to 1200. Been working for 10yrs.

    6.5 creedmoor prs Powder dropper?

For anything I expect precision on I still drop a hair short with a Redding BR or Lee PPM and trickle up on a beam. I’ve had CM’s but didn’t have luck with them (pretty sure related to not having them on an isolated circuit). Kinda low tech, but I’ve found placing a dollar store magnifying...

1000yd spotting scope for around $500???

Look for used Kowas on the high power shooting forums. I run old Kowa 612 with a 27x LER eyepiece I bought here on the ‘hide years and years ago for under $400. Did great for match spotting (anybody that shot the old AZ TPRC’s will remember me on it) and is still in service hunting Coues deer.

to buy a wind meter or not

Best things my kestrel does for me can be boiled down to two: 1) actual wind holds come from experience. Best way I’ve gotten experience is shooting in bad wind to learn the art of guesstimating what to expect over the course of its path. Additionally, for hunting 500yd and less applications you...

    Wow. ARF has been sold.

At least it wasn’t bought by a liberal PAC I’ve been on ARFcom (and most other forums) since dial up. None of them (including SH) are the same as they were. Some of the HP and Sillywet based forums have resisted change better than most but they are niche markets. Precision rifle used to be a...

SOLD Criterion 65CM Savage small shank (used)

I’ve reached out to the first guy that asked for cash price, if he’s out I’ll holler your way.

SOLD Criterion 65CM Savage small shank (used)

Probably around $150 shipped if I decide to sell outright. I prefer horsetrading (an old ‘hide tradition of mine), but if something doesn’t pop up by the end of the week I’ll let those that expressed interest know (you’ll be second on that list).

SOLD Criterion 65CM Savage small shank (used)

I pulled it without firing it, just too long/heavy for me setup. Best pic I could get of the throat:

*SOLD!* Winchester 9422M .22WMR *Trades added!*

$850 is a great price for as nice as this one is. Mine is nice, but Basher’s is really nice. I wouldn’t let mine go for what he’s asking. Someone’s gonna get a really nice rifle, good luck with the sale’

    Three Percenters

Become a known associate of a1% club, then you can worry about your professional status bring in jeapordy unless you are willing to take defending it (and them) on. IIIpers are all over and more a mindset statement of those that believe the founding fathers knew what they were doing and are...

SOLD Criterion 65CM Savage small shank (used)

SOLD AND GONE! I recently traded into this barrel, checked it out, and screwed it on my action. It’s not the balance I’m looking for on this build so I’m going to toss it up here. -26” Criterion SS -6.5 Creedmoor 1:8 -Varmint contour (straight taper from 6” shank to .83ish at muzzle) -threaded...

Looking for least offensive muzzle device that's not an A2 flash hider

Black River Tactical Covert Comp-directs the gases straight forward. I run them on my AR’s, large and small and love them. I don’t wear ear pro hunting, and my wife is very susceptible to the effects of concussion from a bike wreck/TBI. http://www.blackrivertactical.com/concrete5/covert-comp/

    6mm small frame AR

22 Nosler necked up to .243 is better suited to high pressure than a 6.8SPC necked due to rebated rim-Specialized Dynamics has them usually available, Scott’s been running it as a Super6SD for a good long while now.
