    Gunsmithing Custom Tactical 300 Win Mag build opinions!

    Depends how "far" far means to you.... I just built a Stiller TAC300 with a 27' Bartlein 1;9 5R twist. I like the faster twist for when I shoot in/through trans. range- It kicks up the stability factor way up. Remember there is no such thing as over stabilization.

    Rifle Scopes Vortex Viper PST 1-4x24 TMCQ MOA

    I just bought that (Vortex) scope for my FAL. My only complaint about it is that the reticle is a little too small and somewhat difficult to see. Maybe it's just me but IMO they should have made the reticle a little bigger. If money isn't much of an issue I'd look around.
