    Vortex Razor 20-60 VS Leupold Gold Ring 20-40

    Angled is for prone shooting primarily. Really hurts your neck standing or sitting at a bench after awhile. I have the Golden ring standard and love it, but I've never tried a nicer one to compare it to. Vortex has a good reputation I'm sure you'll be happy with it

    How do I shoot?

    I'd say look at an ACOG for 308/7.62. The reticle is marked for your different ranges. Just hold in the appropriate spot and.....bang! Not super accurate but will work for your purposes I think. Also for future reference, forum edicate is to post little, read alot.

    1st we had this Big Agnes Emerald Mountain SL2 Super Light Tent: 2-Person 3-Season | Backcountry.com Blended in nicely. Then to save weight we started using it in the flylight config. Now we use this Mountain Laurel Designs Doesn't get much better than OD in the woods

    I'll take a stab at it. I've got an m1a that I was thinking of ebr'ing and I kept coming back to the nf 2.5-10x32 or a Luepy mk4 mrt. These seem to be good medium range optics.     Hey guys, just checking in to say hi. Im a transplant from calguns. After 5 yrs of carbines I decided to get into long range. Joined snipershide to buy a used optic. Been lurking for a few days now. Once I get my rifle(rem700) I'll probably have a few questions. Cheers guys and gals:D
