    Re: 60moa base for Stiller Tac 338? buy the stiller 40 moa and take it to a smith and have it cut to 60 moa. The stiller being a round round action they cut cut it pretty easy, I had mine cut.

    Re: New bolt rifle build have a couple questions I agree with Tango Down the 7 wsm and 7 rsaum are great lighter recoil, high bc calibers. Then the 300 norma with the 230 gr bergers would do well(having a hard time not building one of these).

    Re: Best scope under $800 I would do a vortex viper hs lr 4-16x50 for $530. I own 3 PST 6-24's one FFP and 2 sfp, 1 vortex razor hd 5-20, 2 nightforce 8-32, and 1 hs lr and if you dont have the money the hs lr is great. The radical selection sucks but the scope is good for the money. JMO
