    Genicular Nerve Block and RA

    I have done many. there are three nerves in knee. Two above and one below the joint. Temp block with local anesthetic. See if it works . Then you get have a genicular RFA. It works 50% of the time. If you need a new knee go to someone who does them a lot

    Hunting & Fishing 308 win with 178gr eld-x elk kill today. Not impressed

    Barnes tsx. The ttsx is the polymer tip design. Supposedly flies better. Tried them and upto 400 yards no difference. Putting one round in five different African animals in 375 and many deer sized in .308, this IS the only bullet for me!

    You all should try Barnes x bullets. Used them in Africa as well as the US . I feel it is the most deadly bullet on the planet. Used them from Cape buffalo to pronghorn in different calibers . Nothing moves after being shot with them. Two of my hunting buddies use them exclusively as well.

    Had one for about a year. Can’t compare to others except that it is as good as any other. Mounting system rock solid. Good on 308 and 223. No problems at all!

    I have the non ti can . It is rugged and the mounting system is study and “nearly” impossible to come off inadvertently. Great on 7.62 as well as 5.56. Very satisfied- very little poi change. Haven’t seen any decrease with accuracy. I don’t see why they are not as popular as tbac.
