    Will any of the other buttplates or palm rests work on this rifle or does it have to be of the same vintage? I just want something functional, doesn't necessarily have to be chronologically correct. Thanks!

    .308, it snuck up behind me, so the shot was only 80 yards. My brother dropped one that night with that rifle at 230 yards though!

    Re: New Winchester Model 70 Stealth Do you find it weird that a load with a 175gr HPBT is going a little bit into the lands with an overall length of ~2.76"? It seems a bit short to me considering the loading book says the OAL should be 2.8"
