    Buy a rem 700, buy a barrel for like $350, get in on the group buy with longs rifle and have a BA rifle for right around that price. Problem solved.

    My should be here by now, but I'm working out of town so I'm not sure. They did say they were in stock. I'm also not a big fan of the stripped paint I might have it redone. I think I'm going to get a Barrett 107a1 with a 20" barrel but before that I'm going to have to have a 375 cheytac first.

    Slide Fire - Have you tried one?

    I have a buddy that has one, and they are for entertainment only. But they do fire fast. We had to but a heavier buffer in his to slow it down because trigger would not catch when it got going fast. They only serve one purposes, and that's to waste a lot of ammo, but its a hell of a lot of fun...

    .299/.308 Bore and groove

    I am looking at a barrel that is a 11.25 twist with a .299 bore. What does that affect as opposed to a .300 bore? It will be for a 308.

    M24 in a JAE stock?

    Thanks for the pics 0724. I ordered mine about 3 months ago, they just moved into a new shop and got 2 new CNC machines and I was told it was a 10 month wait. I just wanted to make sure that the barrel channel was not to big and have large gaps on both sides of the barrel.
