Are you tired of wasting time?

Re: Are you tired of wasting time? Finally the junk came in from Hong Kong. I got this and with no wiring diagram: Its componants are labeled A,B,C and D. I don't want to use the CMOS camera board (C) that came with it. I want to set up my system like this: In this picture, the wiring...

    De-priming and reloading without re-sizing?

Re: De-priming and reloading without re-sizing? I just found the Lee decapping die at Midway but we're not going to need it. On your note I just set one of these once fired rounds under a seating die and the bullet damned near fell into the spent primed. I sure had my hopes up.

    De-priming and reloading without re-sizing?

Unless somebody can tell me different, I cannot find a single good reason to resize my once fired Lapua cases, full length, neck or otherwise less trimming and de-burring. These cases are coming out of the chamber less than .001 out-of-round and fit perfectly in the Wilson head space gages...

    WiFi target monitoring

Re: WiFi target monitoring Forget most WiFi. Go old school. Old mini camcorder with composite out. Has optical zoom. Broadcast in color with real time audio. On the receiver end, hows about a portable DVD player with composite inputs? They are hard to find but and excellent one can be had at...

    600 yard target shooting ??

Re: 600 yard target shooting ?? I've just ordered all the base hardware for this project but have made some alterations. I am using an old Canon mini cam with composite out and I'm using a Sony DVD player with composite in. With the anaolog zoom on the camcorder I can be 75 feet from the...

Conflicting info between Hodgdon and Sierra source

Re: Conflicting info between Hodgdon and Sierra source Fantastic information all. I missed checking this thread to be watched and lost the thread. I just found it and can't wait to get above the 45 grains I was limiting myself to via the Sierra manual. It's a good time to come back to what I...

What NOT to ask on SH

Re: What NOT to ask on SH The search function on this web site is the worst on the internet. Its pretty much useless so people are going to keep asking, that's for sure.

    600 yard target shooting ??

Re: 600 yard target shooting ?? I appreciate it. The more I research the more I find I don't have to spend the money on a wavecom system. I'm shooting way out in the Mohave Desert far from anybody who would care how I transmit. A simple 1500mw system will broadcast the 600-800 yards I ned it...

    600 yard target shooting ??

Re: 600 yard target shooting ?? I really need this or my long range shooting career stops. I'm looking at ebay stuff but the best I see for range in a 1.2ghz is 80 meters. Am I missing something. I'm a tiny bit electronisc savy; you won't have to build it for me but I'd sure like to ask a...

    600 yard target shooting ??

Re: 600 yard target shooting ?? Fantastic. I'm having to shoot long without a spotter and I've been looking for this setup. Do you have a screen capture of the hits? <div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Originally Posted By: thekubiaks</div><div class="ubbcode-body">Here is...

Conflicting info between Hodgdon and Sierra source

Re: Conflicting info between Hodgdon and Sierra source I'm a brand new reloader. I've been curious as to where my rounds are sitting in the chamber and I'm trying to make those determinations now but most of us new reloaders just cut a case to the generic 2.005 then finish out the round at...

Conflicting info between Hodgdon and Sierra source

Another brand new reloader here. My Sierra manual tells me a max load of 44.8gr with Varget and 155 SMK. The Hodgdon web sight says to start at 44 grains with this combination and maybe work up to 47 grains. I don't think I can even get 47 grains and the 155 in the same neck. I'm shooting a 26...
