The issue with the ball powders is that with 3d printed tolerances they tend to get places they shouldn't go, and obviously you aren't doing "single kernel" drops any more.     It comes with a platen, and I believe will be coming with a glass shot glass at retail. I'm using a steel shotglass I found on amazon and a 3d printed handle I found for it.

    It's really mostly set up for extruded powders at the moment. Need to do some testing with ball powder, but there are some limitations with keeping it where it's supposed to be that are much more difficult.

    Ball powders are likely to be tough, just given the tolerances with 3d printing. They are coarse and get everywhere.

    I got 2 at $275ea, but several people I know had offers under 300 rejected after that. He also massively reduced the amount available shown (was showing 220 when I ordered), so I think the cat is out of the bag. Just checked and it's showing out of stock now with 27 sold. Great deal though!

I think the one thing people mess up a lot (because I did) was that you absolutely MUST completely remove any other lube residue out of your die before using one shot.     Desmond 140mm. Was what was available on amazon when ordering everything else. I went with a soft case so it fits in my shooting bag better, I just put the xero itself in a semi-rigid gopro case to protect it from rubbing on the other parts. This one : go pro case fits with the qd plate attached.
