    I am a life member of the NRA but they haven't gotten a dime from me in several years now. Wayne and a good chunk of the board of directors need to go and the organization needs to get back on track. I have always supported SAF and these days GOA also gets my donations.

    In 1975 I worked as a service oiler on the trans-Alaska pipeline making $13.50/hr. That's $71 in today's money. An oiler on the north slope these days makes about $30/hr. I don't know what to say about that other than we're getting screwed.

    Spell it backwards. I "borrowed" it from Edward Abbey, who referred to his home as Fort Llatikcuf. Before I changed it I was theMadAlaskan, a title bestowed upon me when I was attending NAU in the early 80's. Alcohol may have been in involved, my friends just called me Madman.
