    Tangent Theta 5-25 zero

    loosen your elevation turret and turn it one rev down (when loosened you won't feel any clicks, the turret cap is freewheeling) then lock it down at your zero and you should be good to go.

    If factory ammo availability is a requirement, what about 6mm Creedmoor? Ammo isn't terribly expensive and its available and you shouldn't have to do much more than change the barrel.

    Who Made This Barrel?

    I was going to say if it's an old barrel, it might be an Obermeyer barrel or maybe a Rock Creek barrel. I've got an Obermeyer 5R barrel on a match tuned Garand that's about 25 years old. I've got a Rock Creek 5R barrel on a GA Precision rifle that's 20 years old.

    I have not heard of fake Leupold Mark 4 spotting scopes but that doesn't mean they don't exist. I have the same setup bought from Europtic and the Badger SLICK hardware looks real as does the scope.     AutoTrickler V4 with N565

    Not N565 and not an Autotrickler v4, but I'm loading N570 on an Autotrickler v3 and it works fairly well. N570's kernels are so large that one kernel is about .08 grains. I use it on medium speed setting it works well. Only problem I have is every once in a while the v3 powder measure jams...

    Like cas6969 said, both of your rifles look like you're getting overpressure signs on the cases. Your "good AR" cases look like they have ejector marks on the case head, just not as bad as the "bad AR". Your bad AR has very definite ejector marks which is definitively overpressure.
