    Suppressors Easy cleaning!!!!!

We HAD an ultra sonic cleaner we used CLR in. It ate through the tank pretty quickly. I'm sure some types of stainless would be ok in CLR, but it should be researched before doing long soaks.

Suppressors Muzzle abnormality ? (w/photos) - Tikka CTR

Shouldn't be a problem unless the unthreaded portion of the barrel is to long, or the diameter is to big to go into the relief. Our flash hider doesn't need timed and has a very similar relief cut, most brands do.

bidet, the back of the brake is relieved like you suggest and would go over the unthreaded portion, but it probably won't time right without the washers. Looks like the unthreaded portion is over size, not allowing the washer to slide back to the shoulder.

    Suppressors Ultrasonic and TBAC 30P-1

An ounce of carbon is a pretty big pile. For your round count it isn't bad. I'd clean it now, keep it under an ounce.

Wish I knew. Charge efficiency (% of powder charge burned for barrel length), is probably important.. Keeping track of weight is a pretty solid indicator of when to clean.

For the brake itself, stiff brush and any normal gun solvent.

We have tried about everything for carbon, CLR works best so far.

Don't forget your .22 rifles. 22 can on a rifle (bolt gun even better), is as good as it gets!
