Waiting in-line today to depart KPBI 28R. Thunderstorm delays as arrival and departure gates closing rapidly. In the pic I believe we were #8 to go as AA and SW were on the terminal side waiting as well. I hate WX delays 😡.
I enjoy it. Change of pace from my day gig. I’ve always enjoyed running nice equipment. Busy (unloading on the go), doing your best to do a good job for them, expensive piece of equipment (stress), etc... I’ll be back at it tomorrow 👍🏻

Neighbor called at 1100 today. They were a man short and it’s a busy time of year. They are large cattle feeders. EVERY kernel of corn they grow is fed. Patriarch of the operation claims he’s never sold a kernel of corn in his life as a feeder. Enjoy a steak fellas. My view today...
High moisture corn harvest in full swing exposed the ammo eater at 655 yards. Had to shoot it first before the walk to trim and clean it up proper. Still need to haul down and hang the 4” round and diamond.
A better view for @Bryan W M Halfway back to the 740 yard steel with the rotary cutter mowing as I go. Kinda a mute point as that walking path will fill in with snow this winter. Enjoy it while it lasts I guess.

Had the afternoon with comfortable temps to split a jag that I had stored outside all summer. Processed and under roof before the rain/snow comes. Nice mix of White Oak, Shagbark, and Black Cherry.
