    Go with stainless. Regarding twist and bullet weight, it would be helpful to know how far you're planning to shoot. The easy answer is go with a 1-8" twist and that will handle pretty much any weight you want to shoot.

    All three make top shelf barrels. But of the three, I would personally go with Broughton. Regarding pricing, take a couple of minutes on some of the well known smiths' websites and you can get a pretty good feal on pricing.

    Yes - this can be easily accomplished by a gunsmith. A lot of guys go ahead and have a Sako or M-16 style extractor installed while they're having the work done. Any competant rifle smith that does precision rifle work should be able to do this.

    Another vote for the Sinclair....not the fastest priming tool, but extremely well made and the sensitivity is top notch.

    Depending on the scope you are using, I've seen some guys improvise a shim system so that the turret bottoms out on something. Take a look at how the Viper Vortex PST works for ideas.
