    At the end of the day your still hanging a heavy piece of steel from an aluminum receiver. It has limits.     You must have a Tikka, with the 2.960 oal ? as that is the length of my 175 NCC's and SMK's. I'm still working on testing bullets seated to "normal" 2.80 length to see if the long jump with 155's & 168 NCC's & SMK's effect's accuracy.

    An old chart I have shows H 414 shows it as being on the same line as AA 2700 and VVN 540. The chart also shows it as being faster the I 4350 and H 4350. Just have to "google"burn rate charts and see if any of the older ones show it. I think they stopped making it so it's not showing up on any...

    Before investing in the lanolin set up, I'll try the generic on Imperial case lube, which is my go to lube on 1X 308 cases fired from bolt guns. Nothing seams to remove that lube from cases

    Thank you, I have and nether the 168's or 175's come close to touching the lands. Now, I need to know what TAC A1 owners are doing to lengthen their LOP ?     Starting to load test loads for a Tikka TAC A1, I find that I can load 168's and 175/178's to an OAL of 2.93" (+-) and they function through the Mag. For Tikka owners, have you found loading to the longer OAL offers better accuracy that the 2.8" (+) OAL that functions through 308 AR Mags ...
