    I’ll go against the grain, I never liked the Arron. For me, steelcase leap v2 with headrest, look for used local or rebuilds online to hit that price point.

    Oh, you can install it on Windows 10, just do all the install packages separately, 1.0 fired up and the drivers saw the cable, I’m just not going to hook up my BORS to this in case bad things happen!

    OK, I literally had to blow the dust off a hard drive for this. Barrett 1.0 software. Technically version 1.0.2905.16541 dated 12/15/2007. Regular install doesn't work for me and compatibility is not helping. Run Setup.exe in the BORS folder, uncheck the create shortcuts (That failed on me)...

    Here is a copy of all the files from my 2.0.27 disk if that helps anyone. My emails back and forth to Barrett seem to indicate I had a 1.0 disk at sometime, my BORS had to go back to the mothership to get flashed to work with the 2.0.27. I'll see if I can find the 1.0 disk if you are still looking.

    Yhm Turbo K was my choice. It is perfect, short as a Surefire mini, but a very low cost can. Small and light. I mounted mine on a cherry bomb and plan b adapter.

    Better than I can shoot that’s for sure. I really like the lightweight and shorter length, but no doubt the 22” steel would add some stability, but I have bigger heavier guns if I want that kind of length. Super handy and the carbon fiber is just bad ass. Just waiting on replacing my full Nelson...

    Finally got my Proof cf 16.5“ 6.5 creedmore out a couple weeks ago. Fantastic, and makes the creedmore like the 16.5 308. Great handling. Just got to dump the 22” steel it came with. next outing shooting for groups.

    I thought it was way better, going from flat hard plastic to something with some cushion, on the 308 I get the difference the next day. I already sold my blue to another member after ordering the black today. On small run parts I’ve learned over the years to buy what you can when you can.

    Looks like I’ll swap it to someone who wants blue then whenever the black ones come out. I guess I’ll see what I get and buy another one if needed. Between barrels, can, scope and all the other bits I’ve got more in this rifle than 2 of my machine guns or m82a1, so what’s another $125 among friends.

    Well, I didn’t even notice the blue color in my haste. Crap. Fingers crossed I can parts swap/coat it.
