    No calls to come pick up your long awaited can yet? Guy at my dealer was thinking as early as Saturday for me. Figured that was a bit optimistic but a guy can dream right!?

    Mark has been very hit or miss trying to get ahold of him through all this as I'm sure he's been pulled in a million different directions trying to sort all this out. So if you aren't able to get a hold of him right off the bat anyone in the compliance department should be able to help sort you out.

    Just got an automated email from SS that my new check was cashed yesterday. Let's see how long it takes to be approved and the stamp to make it to my dealer. Its been explained to me that as soon as the check cashed it will be approved and stamp sent almost immediately.

    If the form packets were mailed out Monday then I would think they should be hitting here in Houston (Since SS is in Austin, TX) by today and therefore getting a call from my dealer to come in and ink sign. I'll report back if and when that happens. Fingers crossed!

    Please let us know if you do hear back from him. I left a voicemail last week to see what the latest was. I'm like you, I don't want to wait around for another couple months for the ATF to dick SS around only for the appeal to get denied and then we are back at the end of the line again anyways...

    Looking for a HEAVY .22 cal Hunting bullet.

    I have some 83 gr Hammer Hunters arriving soon that I'll be loading up. Hopefully I can report in on how they perform. Also, may check out Lehigh defense and cutting edge bullets. I think both of them offer some heavy for cal 22 bullets.

    From what I understand yes. But to be sure you can call Silencer shop and talk to anyone in their compliance department as they are all appraised of what is going on with this signature issue with the ATF. They can check on your application and let you know what the status is.

    Odds are your application is being staged like mine/ours to be resubmitted once the appeal gets approved and goes through. From there the hope is our resubmittals get fast tracked to approved status as @tlsmith22 was saying.

    @Luvman - They aren't very repeatable. The are capped turrets and there isn't any bold or distinguishing marks for me to know exactly where I was or need to be. Especially in any sort of low light conditions. Hell even at the range I had better luck counting clicks when dialing than looking at...

    True and I'm aware of that but this will be mostly a hog/varmint and plinking gun out to 200 yards. So the stealth of subs will be my primary objective. And I understand the limitations of subs at extended ranges but I have no desire to harvest deer with it so ethical kills is not a concern...
