    I've used the sx-2 in all types of weather and was underwhelmed by its performance per price. It does have plusses. Its light-ish, and leupold had no problem getting me new lens caps after i lost mine... So theres that.

    I have a Leupold kenai sx-? The adjustable mag eyepiece is terrible. The tripod in the kit is junk. The WA eyepiece is decent, but for reference my pst 6-24 is clearer, better image, (apples to tomato comparison) when looking at targets out past 700.

    I didn't buy my aad caps because of the $ multiplicative difference. I bought them because the hassle of having them break when using them is worth more that the $ difference. I hate bc caps because they break when you need them. There is a value in having something work when it's needed most...

    My xrs2 came infrom the Bushnell sale. It looked brand new. I did not get a special cleaning kit. Just whatever normally comes in the kit.

    I believe it, thats their marketing profile. Its how they get you to keep buying the same thing over and over, but in a newer version. Suffice to say I don't want to buy one.

    Wet Tumbler Recommendations

    If you are a little bit handy you could build one for pretty cheap. I keep thinking about making one... but.... I dont see the needs to spend all that money for shiny brass. Hell, half the time i just reload without cleaning.. Everything depends on your needs.
