What is the minimum Max magnification you are using and Mil or MOA turrets?

People that shoot moa have this innate sense that it is their duty to make sure you do complicated math formulas to detect inches of drop at a known distance target all the while they spew words like “angular measurements”and degrees per hundred yards etc etc. whereas people that shoot mill...

    22 Creedmoor or 22-250?

Am I wrong in thinking a big advantage of the 22 Creed would be the sharper should of the case keeping the brass from growing as much as the milder shouldered 22/250? Trimming brass is a pita and it’s always seemed to me sharper shouldered cartridges get more firings before I have to trim them...

You think you’re not being listened to?

Ooof. Not looking good. Hope it lives up to the hype and that it’s legitimately secure.

You think you’re not being listened to?

Fwiw you guys need to look into the Librem 5 cell phone. Supposed to be the least intrusive phone that allows you to manually turn the camera off/on and audio off/on and does not include Google apps or Apple apps. I believe it had a Linux based OS but I’m not entirely sure. I just know it’s not...

    Can’t decide on Bino’s

I have a thread going on the same topic roughly. A lot of people mentioning the Bushnell Forge 15x bino as a legit option.

Bushnell Forge 15x56 vs Vortex Diamondback HD 15x56

Bump thread to see if anyone has compared the 15x Forge to the 15x Diamondback Hd.

Not surprising coming from you; but that is a most excellent Machine and operator 🙌. Thanks for taking the time to share.

Which Tripod mounted Binoculars (on budget)?

I keep reading good things about the Forge series Bino’s. Do you feel the 15x power is the best power for spotting off a tripod ?

The Patriot Act. Sounds like something all of us would be in favor of too eh?

My vote for next Cancel Culture victims is...

Ditto here. 2 girls. I’m going to be one vigilant parent to combat the bs woke-ness that is going to be an attempted indoctrination of their young female minds. You wouldn’t believe how much “wear a mask” cartoon shit is on the children’s shows aimed at ages 3 to 6 among other subtle things...

    Inflation.......... ?

I read it by the financial experts that the stimulus does not de-value the dollar lmao!

    Inflation.......... ?

Yeh but but but the stimulus bills are just our own tax money given back to us and won’t affect inflation right? Lol

Apparently you’ve never been hunting before only to come across a downed tree blocking your atv path!

Which Tripod mounted Binoculars (on budget)?

What say ol’ ye faithful toughnecks? Im a beer money guy with beer taste; and as such do any of the 400$ price point binoculars stand out for spotting at the range? These will be mated to an rt90c tripod most of the time. Won’t be used for hunting or glassing game much if at all. I’m thinking of...

    First precision rifle

I wish I would have done that. I did it the other way around and that was when compononents were easily available and 1/2 the cost. Today I think it’s more valid than ever to start with a rimfire specifically a 22lr. With the rimfire learn to collect the data points and inputs for a good...

    First precision rifle

I would start with a 22lr rifle, with a mil mil scope. Shoot 6,000 rounds out of it then buy your centerfire.

Damn, @CrabsandFootball your about as abrasive as a 20 grit flap disk concerning short barreled bolt guns. 😆

    Cold Welded Bullets in Neck

I have absolutely no idea; so I reckon my input to this thread is moot. I will add; I shot some reloads that were 6 years old this past weekend and was able to shoot shotgun clays at 600 yards fairly easily once I doped the wind.... so not sure if the necks had cold welded or not but i didn’t...
