    Once fired brass accuracy

FC brass is bad? Too soft? News to me I have a ton of 300win mag FC brass. The first 100 cases I have been using since day one. I stopped keeping track of the number of reloads after 12....i have shot at least half that again on them. I anneal and neck size after each firing so maybe that has...

    BC Data....truth or dare

Ok that makes a bit more sense. It is easy to round up. But at the match i had each stage mapped (the distances were listed (an unusual number like 438yrds not 450yrd) and i assumed properly ranged which I believe scott confirmed to be true if memory serves) and i plugged the exact mapped...

    BC Data....truth or dare

I admit I am not a 100% accurate machine. But my main question is regarding the BC printed on the box. I am taking the stated value and trusting its accurate. I have not messed with the BC before in ballistics ARC so I was curious how much I should adjust by. All the other stuff you guys are...

    BC Data....truth or dare

My local range has a max 600yrd....so I'll check dope on that. Once I get to where the competition is.....and I can go out past 600yrds....how much should i adjust the BC number by? .001, .01, or .1? How much for starters?

    BC Data....truth or dare

Have not been back to the range yet...so limited on the answers I can find there. I was trying to work out what degree of "marketing" was built into the BC number published on a box of 210g Berger hunting vld bullets. Has anyone tested them to see what they are in reality?

    BC Data....truth or dare

How reliable is the BC data printed on the Berger Bullets box? Is there a bit of "marketing" built into that number? The reason I ask is I did a prone competition a few weeks ago and I trued up my muzzle velocity using my dope at 600 yards in Ballistics ARC. Once I did that none of my dope...

    Adding grip to “regular” stock

Basically you can make the same shape as the grip in the video above out of foam. Wrap it in fiberglass and then epoxy it onto your rifle sand it all smooth, paint it and youre good to go!

    Adding grip to “regular” stock

Use foam (polystyrene....the stuff foam coolers and coffee cups are made out of). get a chunk of it and make the part you want out of the foam. Sand it to shape. Then get some 2 part epoxy (epoxy is best or if you want Polyester resin). Get some light weight fiberglass like 4oz or so....and wet...

Sorry About California buying every mag in the country

We in the great state of Commiefornia appreciate it! After being suffocated by gun laws here this tiny little breath of air is a Godsend. Sadly it's almost guaranteed the 9th circus will strike this down and put all us gun loving comrades back in chains

    Hunting & Fishing Reducing Coyotes

Here are recent photos of 2 mountain lions in urban areas. One drinking out of a pool in Malibu and the other using the drainage system to cross under the 5 freeway in Los Angeles. These big cats are no joke! The really dumb part is that instead of having hunters PAY the state to hunt and...

    Hunting & Fishing Reducing Coyotes

I have seen it happen here in the city of LA. They jump up and down to ban hunting of Mountain lions and coyotes and then cant figure out why Mr. Muffins the house cat became a midnight snack. Hell we have had several mountain lions attack hikers and mt bikers recently.

    Hunting & Fishing Reducing Coyotes

They fall under "charismatic megafauna" and therefore have all the bleeding heart libs, who love to get recreationally outraged, up in arms crying foul when ever a cute fluffy little critter gets killed. They all think of these predators as just a big version of their cute fluffy lap dog Admiral...
