    I absolutely love it! The price sucked when saving up for it, but it's incredibly stable and versatile. It works out that only extending two sections is the perfect height for standing, then widening the legs to the next notch puts it at the perfect height for sitting. A little practice working...

    Can't tell much from the picture, but I made a few changes. have a Proof carbon fiber 16" barrel now and have the ckye pod. absolutely love the additions.

    I certainly don't regret buying mine. For my needs, the AX was worth it. I can see how it wouldn't be worth the extra cost to many though.

    Agree 100%. I personally don't see being able to exploit the advantages offered by a 34mm tube in a lower power scope oriented toward close-to-medium range weapon's systems. Save the weight

    I'd really like to see more offerings for a DMR role. Something that could compete with USO 1.8-10x but lighter weight. I definitely could see more of that coming in the next few years now that there are a lot of quality 1-8x out there now.

    AX308 barrel clamp and handguard screws

    So, to update, I found the answer to at least the size of the handguard screws. Went to the Lowes and found they're M6-1.00 x 16. The screws I picked up are the same allan head size as the action screws, so it helps to be able to use my fix it sticks extended action ball head bit . Haven't...

    Anybody happen to know the size and thread pitch of these screws? One of my handguard screws is getting rounded in the Allen head slot and I figured I'd replace them with Torx screws before it gets stuck. Thanks!
