    Removing the expander ball from a FL sizing die will result in the neck being sized down smaller than with the expander ball. The opposite of what you're trying to accomplish.

    CCI & Wolf are the two that I use the most. I also have Winchester LR and LRM. Winchester is the hottest of the three in my experience.

    Clean the FP channel of all grease and lube. Double check the chamber headspace. If all that checks out, then consider a new spring.
