I have seeen first hand shooting too heavy bullets in a slow twist barrel. Does it work the same way being reduced accuracy with lighter bullets in fast twist barrrels ?

I had a really rough chrome lined 1 in 7 ar 15 barrel that would blow up most any varmint bullet. I have a 28" lapped 1 in 7 223 Wylde barrel that does fine with varmint bullets.
No, just thinking. I have a 16.5", 1-7.5' twist 6mm Creed, Proof Research carbon fiber barrel on ARC Nucleus action. Thinking about lighter bullets to minimize damage to pelts in predators. I haven't shot a single round through it yet, It will mainly be for larger 105-110 gr rounds target and game management, whitetail does and inferior bucks. With the wealth of knowledge available here it makes no sense to waste time experimenting. Some people make the case that over-spinning light bullets could cause poor accuracy. In practice though, it’s not a black and white issue. Many people shoot varmint bullets out of their fast twist .223’s for example, myself included. I’ve never had an issue, and accuracy is great over thousands and thousands of bullets. In the case of really overbore cartridges, bullets sometimes come apart in flight, which seems to be exacerbated by worn/rough throats. I’ve seen this happen, but never had one of my guns do it. Modern bullets are pretty dang good though, and if they survive the trip down the barrel intact, they’ll usually reach the target.
You have a specific combo you’re thinking of?
what does MX represent?Generally above 300,000 rpms are were you start to run into “overspinning” issues though with a good barrel you can pass that’s a fair bit.
MV X 720/Twist Rate = RPM

See Huskys answer, thats what I get for copy pasting http://bulletin.accurateshooter.com/2008/06/calculating-bullet-rpm-spin-rates-and-stability/Muzzle velocity and it's mv times (720/twist rate).

Thank´s for your time , that´s what I get for trying to work while mentally being out shooting. It´s still 110 degree heat index here and all I can think about is hunting season.See Huskys answer, thats what I get for copy pasting http://bulletin.accurateshooter.com/2008/06/calculating-bullet-rpm-spin-rates-and-stability/
I had never even thought about bullets coming apart, I probably should have posted in the stupid question section.Bullet blow up, magnify imbalance in the bullet leading to poor accuracy.
