    Maggie’s Astronaut Training Video.........

Gene pool needs a lot more chlorine. In another time someone that stupid wouldn't have lived long enough to get to that point.

Lead Sled ? Yes or no.

FOr any meaningfull info the rifle has to be able to move as it would when normaly being used. if you lock a rifle down to where it can't move at all in recoil it will likely shoot worse than if driven correctly. About the time these sleds came out I had a half dozen rifles that had stocks...

Gunsmithing Am I doing this right? (fiberglass stock repair/painting)

If you want to retexture the stock, I've used Duplicolor spray on bedliner with good results. After it dries it will take paint just fine, and the texture will also help camoflage any rough sposts to some degree as well.

Gunsmithing Grooves for 65 Creedmoor and 6XC

I've used 3, 4, 5R, 5C, and 6 groove. No discernable difference on the range. THe only have noticed on average is that the 5 R and 5 C seemed to clean up a little easier just due to the lack of tight corners in the grooves. Although a couple of my 4 groove ones cleaned up just as easy.

Locking Golf Case for airline travel?

Look up Tuff Pak. it uses everything else you pack as padding for your rifle. Just put your rifle in a soft case inside the Tuff Pak, and then the rest of your stuff packs in around it. I also doesn't look like your standard rifle case. Lock is built in to the case, and no hinges which are...

Where did the brass you are using come from? was it fired in another chamber, multiple other chambers, or is it new?

    6x47 or 6.5x47

I've done several in 6.5x47. Kind of a toss up. No forming of brass needed on the 6.5, and even that is minimal. A little heavier bullet in the 6.5.

    22-250

I run a Bartlein 8 twist 25" long. SHooting 77gr Bergers at a little over 3300 fps. That rifle is the most accurate one I own with the exception of my long range BR gun. Typically in the .2-.3 neighborhood. Just shot a .039 this last weekend. Any miss is due to something loose behind the...

    HOLE IN HOLE show them!!

22-250 5 rounds, 77gr Berger OTM WS2 coated, 35.5 gr of Big Game .005 off the lands. Fired through an 8 twist Bartlein. It won't do this every time, but will pretty consistently hold in the .2's to low .3's. After load development is done it will only occasionaly be shot for groups, and that...

Recommended triggers for a Rem 700

My personal stuff all has Jewell or Shilen. I put a Huber in a rifle I built for a customer, and I really didn't care for it at all.

Rifle Scopes Mil dot and magnification

Take a piece of poster board and draw a series of sets of lines on it representing different MIL values at a known range, and then place that poster board at the given range and compare to your scope on the coresponding magnification. This will either confirm the magnification values marked on...

US Optics 15-40x Spotter... Opinions and Experience Please...

The optical quality on mine is not as good as my 20-60x80 B&L Elite. However, the size, weight, durribility and having the reticle makes it far more suitable for field use. if I'm just wanting to see whats going on when I'm shooting paper I still take my B&L.

    Gunsmithing Shilen DGR

They are done by Stiller. I would have no issues using either action. I've built some exceptional shooting rifles off of the products that come out of Stiller's shop.
