    53gr.vmax loads needed.

    I have had decent luck in my rem700 1:12 twist and 53 vmax at 24.5 grs of benchmark, cci400, 2.25 col, hornady brass. The 53 gr smk flat bases ended up being more accurate for target shooting however.

    Re: 260 pressure issues I have the same rifle. I noticed severe pressure signs with 41gr of h4350 after I resized my brass. I discovered I was oversizing it. I bought a gauge to allow me to measure shoulder bump and haven't had a problem since. Just a thought
