    I would send it to a builder and have them look it over. I think some gunsmiths offer an accurizing package. May fix your issues at a decent price. 700s may lack some features of standard rifles now but we all know what they can do after being worked over.

Live very close to the store and have stopped in a bunch of times. They always are running sales. They will certainly have a scope that fits your needs.
