    Rifle Scopes NXS WINDAGE HASHMARKS

I can assure all that zero, zero, zero is attainable on an unmounted scope. That is to say zeroed erector, zero (4) tower, and zero knob. I just asked if there was an internal adj to get there.

    Rifle Scopes NXS WINDAGE HASHMARKS

U guys don't seem to understand. I can take the scope off the gun. This isn't a windage adj base problem, or rifle problem. It leaves the factory like this. Unmounted, this problem exists. I can think of possible fixes at factory level. My question though, was, is there an internal adj for...

    Rifle Scopes NXS WINDAGE HASHMARKS

Fellas, I don't think that settling for less, is more. This is, if unsolvable, a glaring discrepancy of a mirrometer indication on an otherwise precision instrument. On this scope, the 4 should be 0, working left or right towards 1,2,3. 0,0 should be attainable with erector at it's central...

    Rifle Scopes NXS WINDAGE HASHMARKS

Thanx, but actually, I am wanting a solution, not a fluff-over.

    Rifle Scopes NXS WINDAGE HASHMARKS

If centered on "4", then 30 moa to 1 and 30 moa to 7.

    Rifle Scopes NXS WINDAGE HASHMARKS

No. The turret moves L & R, with stationary hashes on tower. I wish for center-center orientation, with "4" hash being in coincidence with centered erector. There is a small set screw in erector works that can be seen when knob is removed, but I know not what it is for.

    Rifle Scopes NXS WINDAGE HASHMARKS

My 5.5-22, when windage erector is at center of travel is on 33 moa windage knob hash mark, instead of 40 moa (hash mark center). Is there an internal adj to correct this?

    Thoughts on 30 Nosler?

Actually, I partial length sized for quite awhile, with resultant tight closures. Then one day, I decided to fl resize. Was I happy. No more tight. 0.001" bump. Same result on targets. RCBS std fl. They know what they're doing. Belted mags have a lot of attributes. I prefer them. I...

    Thoughts on 30 Nosler?

Gunsmithing Brass getting scratched when loading from magazine

Ensure that the he top of the mag is not up into the ramp area. Mag might need grinding here.

    Blowing primers at MINIMUM load?

In the shotgun sports, we run into problems with certain brands of primers which encounter breaches in the metal work. I blame it on the ductility of the metal. Of course, I don't use those primers in my guns. They have a habit of eroding the firing pins with continued use, causing ignition...

Gunsmithing Lathe Damage, worth Concern or No?

Get your money back. Look elsewhere. I had similar problems with Matt and a 14x40. He jerked me around, playing stupid.

    Gunsmithing 300wm chambering issue.

Okay. Your problem is solved. But, now how do we deal with those that think belted cases are bad, and those that think the Willis thing can solve a non existent problem?

    Missing 777

Keith Ledgerwood ? Did Malaysian Airlines 370 disappear using SIA68/SQ68 (another 777)? The Ledgerwood theory doesn't line up with the data of the satellite pings that are communicating with the a/c.

    WTF would cause this?

I say yes to this. I think it will help the threads to conform to their new environment.

    WTF would cause this?

Keep in mind that the application of anti-seize changes the torque value requirements of the fasteners. Less torque is better. Any substance applied to a spark plug thread needs to support electrical conductivity. If it is a di-electric, you'll have problems.

Do you think they will go house to house in Connecticut?

That is correct. The lie, indicating human interaction, the world, indicating the sea of people.

The lie is the originator of the world's problems.

Hunting & Fishing Do I really need a .300 Win Mag or will .30-06 be fine?

People like to talk as if the 30-06 is somehow directly comparable to the 300 WM. This is just not the case. The 300 will launch a 200 grain bullet at the same velocity the 06 will launch a 150 grainer. Of course, the 200 will appreciate a flatter trajectory because of it's better BC, and...

Hunting & Fishing Do I really need a .300 Win Mag or will .30-06 be fine?

I consulted with my friend, and this is what i found; "Each permittee may select a subpermittee to hunt with them." I think the key words might be "to hunt with them". This is all I know at this point.
