    The Kiosk is only used to take fingerprints. Silencer Shop will package the data (prints, photo, trust, etc.) and provide that to the local dealer. The dealer will then create the eform 4 with that data. Once that is done, the customer will go to the dealer to "sign" the eform. As to when...
