    Love mine and setup is easy but start without powder. Set your beam scale to desired charge and hit either button to start. Use your hand to trip the beam and set it to trip 3 or 4 tenths under.     I understand your frustration. I don't have any problems with waiting for something for longer than anticipated with proper communication. Its the "it shipped this week" that you hear for several weeks that wears on a person. I'm sure you'll receive your scale.
