    I ordered 2 of the Home Depot Knobs linked by @atomic41 going to give his version a go then take the other and sneak it into the machine shop at work for a second test version. Searched high and low and not seeing any other knobs I like without going to the giant lever or a toggle clamp.

    Yup Just as well send them to me for proper disposal into the land of misfit guns. :p Why not just shoot them and enjoy them with irons? I have gravitated to my pistols with dots but still take the time to work with irons.
