    Thanks - good info, not bad at all for 21" and 147s. Sounds like a great combo and surely deadly as well as accurate.

    Thought about an EH-4 for a 20" Light Palma on a 700, anyone using this model? Figured it or even a McM Hunter would do well in the field for hunting, wide beavertail not needed. LTR stock seems to slick in the pistol grip and forearm, and a bit wide in the forearm as well. What say you...

    Great pics, posts and info gang. Goes to show folks, you don't need heavy to lug, long-barreled magnums to kill game at common sane distances. WM - I wonder if the 700 Ti has a CM bolt head welded to a Ti bolt body? Seems some SS 700s look that way if not mistaken. Thanks all, more welcome...

    Very nice, noticed those awhile back, did you have yours coated? I understand certain coatings help, and/or are recommended. What are you saving there - 8 to 12 oz? Should be a fast handling hunting stick.Thanks.

    I had one, swapped a deluxe stock, back around 97 right after it was Saami'd - never shot great, too muzzle light for me so I re-barreled it to something else, built a few other rifles in 260 afterwards. A buddy had an MOA carbine, shot bugholes w/100BTs, in 6.5BR, 22" - had an amazing trigger...
