    Tikka T3 Thread

    I broke 1, stripped another of the four on my t3 260 a while back. I had to remove the screw heads and drilled out the studs. Touchy process but I removed both studs without harming the receiver threads. I would definitely recommend using plenty of heat prior to removing this rail and screws.

    Agreed on all points. Term Limits is a great book. I just re-listened to American Assassin and Kill Shot in the last few weeks. I need to do Term Limits again next. The trailer shows they've obviously taken some liberties with the plot, but hopefully they don't deviate too much from the source...

    16-18" bolt action killin rigs: show em.

    I'd imagine 308. Has anyone tried a 16-17" 260/6.5cm ? I have an extra tikka CTR 20" that I've been half thinking on chopping to 17" to be a dedicated suppressed rig. But I've been back and forth on whether it would be worth the cost and additional velocity loss vs just leaving it 20"...

    I had LRI thread my lite 223 and 243 barrels, both 1/2"-28. Chopped 4" off the 223 and 3" off the 243. I use thread adapters I picked up from a guy who sells in the PX here and on Accurateshooter, I believe his handle is John1187. I run an SAS Barricade on them, it's a very light can. Still get...
