    I have an M77 Hawkeye in 300 Win Mag and I love it. I have drug that rifle through a lot of shit in Colorado hunting Elk and never had an issue.     Savage Precision Carbine 308

    I agree as well. The FGMM is the way to go for factory ammo. They have SMK BTHP projectiles and I believe they use the 210M Federal match primers. I was at academy the other day and around here, they can be had for ~$25/box.

    I'd say, since you aren't in a hurry, go with the Savage Model 12 LRP in 6.5 Creedmoor and in third qtr of '14 there will be an Element Chassis with that inlet.     Manners MCS-T Elite tactical for LW hunting rifle

    This is exactly what I did with mine. I shipped them the barreled action and they did the pillar bedding etc... Nothing else done to it and it shoots lights out. I was very happy with their work.

    I have shot groups like this. While my intent is to bring the POI to the center, I will finish the group. I only reload so much so when I hit the range, I don't take boat loads of ammo. I want to see groups.

    +1 on the Sparrow. I shot quite a few before purchasing and I decided on this one. A dedicated can for the 22 lr is the only way to go. You will get a lot of trash from 22 and you will want to clean it out. Most center fire cans are sealed and they don't produce near the same amount of build up...
