    did this a while back with a chunk of steel and a drill press, and a file. before i got my lathe. threaded and jb welded. tapped and bolted handle to bolt, then powdercoated it..

    Re: Thread for an Badger FTE?? i went with the 3/4 x 24 as it seems that the 28 thread is not very popular. just has finer threads. the 3/4 just seemed to be a beefier thread size than the 5/8, and probably stronger

    how come you dont hear of anybody doing a 21, 23, 25, etc inch barrel? seems all you hear about are even numbers. 20, 22.... is it just tradition? what?

    Re: Why does everybody use Cerakote, wheres KG? did some research a few years ago, and used in on some ak47 builds, and an ar15, and just used it for the badger dbm. you beadblast, spray, then bake at 350deg for 1 hour. has moly in it so is has some lubrication properties
